- Government and regulatory bodies as required or authorised by law, such as ASQA, NCVER, Department of Education, and state training authorities.
- Your employer or prospective employer if you are undertaking training in connection with your employment.

6.2. Cross-border disclosure: We do not typically disclose personal information to overseas recipients. 7.2. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under the Privacy Act.
8. Access to and Correction of Your Personal Information-
8.1. You have a right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. (See APP 12 & 13). To request access or correction, please contact our Privacy Officer using the details below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period.
8.2. We may charge a reasonable fee for providing access to your personal information. We will not charge for making the request or for making any corrections to your personal information.
8.3. In some circumstances, we may refuse to provide you with access to your personal information, as permitted by the APPs.
9. Anonymity and Pseudonymity
Where it is lawful and practicable to do so, you may have the option of dealing with us anonymously or by using a pseudonym. (See APP 2). However, in most cases, it will not be practicable for us to provide you with our services without verifying your identity.
10. Complaints
If you believe that we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles and wish to make a complaint, please contact our Office in writing using the details below. We will investigate your complaint and endeavour to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
